Bilkent Holding Companies Dr. It was founded by İhsan DOĞRAMACI. The first company, Dilek İnşaat, was established in 1968, and then TEPE Ağaç Metal and Construction Company, which is the foundation of TEPE Mobilya, TEPE Home and TEPE Construction Companies, was put into service in 1969.
